Refund & Return Policy – Xtreem Invent

At Xtreem Invent, we take pride in the quality and precision of our surgical and medical instruments. Each item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise, and we are here to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request clear photos/videos of the issue for verification before offering a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective products.
  • If you ordered the wrong product, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Exceptions

  • No returns are accepted for items that have been used, sterilized, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, cleaning, or storage are not covered.
